A note on payment options: I offer a tiered sliding scale to meet the needs of a variety of income levels. Tier 3 is the actual cost of the sessions. Tiers 1 and 2 are discounted rates. Tier 2 is for people who can meet their basic needs but it would be a sacrifice to spend money on personal training. Tier 1 is for people who truly would not be able to afford this without a discount. I can work with 3 clients at the Tier 1 level, 5 clients at the Tier 2 level, and unlimited clients at the Tier 3 level at a given time. See payment options below to see if your desired tier is available. These tiers are available for personal training only. Movement Essentials classes are already offered at a low rate.
Personal Training
With personal training, you choose what you want to work on. Do you have an injury you want to heal? Just want to feel more confident or capable in your body? Do you want to focus on developing strength in a certain area? I can help with any of these goals, and more! In an Initial Session, we discuss your goals, go over foundational movements that will build the base of your practice, and make an individualized plan on where to go next. You can choose if you want to do just Restorative Exercise, just MovNat, just Yoga, or a blend of them. Sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home, or at parks around town. Personal training sessions are available to schedule as individual sessions, or sign up for a package and save.

Movement Essentials Private or Small Group Classes
Movement Essentials classes are designed for people who aren't sure what they want to work on. They cover the basics of a certain topic and allow you to choose a class that interests you. After doing a class or two, you may find that you do know what you want to work on in your movement life!
Pricing: $40 for each 60 minute session for one person, or sign up with a few friends and get a discount! $35 per person if you sign up with 1 or more other people for the same class at the same time. (Limit: 10 people)
