About Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice that evolved as a way to unite mind, body, and spirit, and connect to higher realms of consciousness. I use asana (poses) and pranayama (breath) to help people develop this union within themselves.
What to Expect
If you would like to include yoga in your personal movement practice, you can do it one of two ways:
- One-hour dedicated yoga session (beginning with breathing, instruction through a series of asanas, and ending with savasana)
- Incorporate some poses into a one-hour movement session as a way to warm up or cool down
